Join Our Team at Long Beach Insurance Services
We're a family-owned independent insurance brokerage serving the Long Beach community since 1947 — and we're growing. We're currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents, writing policies and managing service accounts across our personal and commercial lines.
What You'll Do:
- Write new personal and commercial insurance policies (auto, homeowners, general liability, workers' comp, and more)
- Service existing client accounts — renewals, endorsements, and coverage reviews
- Shop carriers on behalf of clients to find the best coverage at the best price
- Build lasting relationships with clients in the Long Beach community
What We're Looking For:
- A California P&C (Property & Casualty) License is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with multiple carriers and accounts
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
